Privacy Notice (KVKK)
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), TOUBA Bayan Kuaförü (Orhangazi / Bursa), as data controller, informs you about why your personal data is processed and what your rights are.
Personal Data Processed
Your name, phone number, requested service, appointment date/time and any notes you share with us through the booking form or messaging apps.
Purposes
Receiving, planning and confirming your appointments; contacting you and answering your questions; ensuring service quality and meeting legal obligations.
Legal Basis and Collection
Your data is collected electronically via our website form and channels such as WhatsApp / Instagram, based on KVKK art. 5/2 (c) "performance of a contract" and (f) "legitimate interest", and your explicit consent where required.
Transfers
Your data is never sold. Booking messages are delivered through the channel you choose (WhatsApp, Instagram), which is subject to its own privacy policy.
Retention
Your data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose and as required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Contact us at the salon or via Instagram.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services on the page such as Google Maps and Google Fonts may use technical cookies. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
